Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive at the airport in Delhi. Our associate will escort you to the hotel. Check in upon arrival and relax for the day. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi - Mandawa
After breakfast, drive to Mandawa. En route, have lunch at Bagar where you will visit Piramal Haveli, a starter to frescoed mansions in Mandawa. On arrival in Mandawa, check in at the Mandawa Castle turned heritage hotel and immediately proceed for a sightseeing tour that includes visits to the frescoed havelis (mansions), and fort. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Mandawa.
Day 3: Mandawa - Bikaner
Drive to Bikaner in the morning. On arrival in Bikaner, check in at hotel and relax. In the afternoon, proceed for a half day sightseeing tour. Visit 15th century Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, Camel Breeding Farm, Bandeshwar Jain temples and rat-worshipping Deshnoke Temple. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Bikaner.
Day 4: Bikaner - Jaisalmer
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jaisalmer via Keechan (a small village that is famous for its migratory bird population). On arrival in Jaisalmer, check in at the hotel and relax. Go on an evening camel safari to the nearby Sam sand dunes. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaisalmer.
Day 5: Jaisalmer
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half day sightseeing tour. Visit Jaisalmer Fort, Sonar Fort, Manak Chowk, Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Gadisar Lake. Also, go on a camel ride to the sand dune of Khuri. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Day 6: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jodhpur via Osiyan (a small oasis festooned with Hindu and Jain temples). On arrival in Jodhpur, check in at the hotel and proceed for a sightseeing tour of the city. Visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Take an evening walk to the local markets and enjoy its festive spirit. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 7: Jodhpur - Udaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Udaipur and check in at the hotel. En route, take a tour of the 15th century white marble Jain temples at Ranakpur. In the evening, go on an evening sunset cruise on Lake Pichola. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 8: Udaipur
In the morning, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Lake Palace, City Palace, Lake Pichola, Saheliyon ki Bari, and Jagdish Temple. Enjoy shopping at the local markets in the evening. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 9: Udaipur - Pushkar
Drive to Pushkar in the morning. On arrival in the holy city, check in at the camp and proceed for a tour of the many temples that have made Pushkar one of the most revered pilgrimage destinations in India. Visit Lord Brahma Temple and Pushkar Lake in particular. Return to the camp for overnight stay in Pushkar.
Day 10: Pushkar - Ranthambore
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Ranthambore and check in at the jungle lodge. After an afternoon game safari into the national park, take a trip to the Sawai Madhopur. Here you can shop for handicrafts and curios typical to Rajasthan. Return to the lodge for overnight stay in Ranthambore.
Day 11: Ranthambore - Jaipur
Enjoy another early morning jungle safaris (on jeep/canter/elephants). Return to the resort for breakfast and journey onto Jaipur. On arrival, check into your hotel room. Explore the colorful ancient markets of the city in the evening or enjoy the hotel facilities. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 12: Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, go on a sightseeing tour of the city. Visit Amber Fort, City Palace and Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory, Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple, Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 13: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Bharatpur - Agra
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Agra. En route, take a heritage walk through the splendid red sandstone ruins of Fatehpur Sikri. Also, visit the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary for a birding tour on foot or cycle-rickshaw. On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel and take a tour of Agra Fort. Later in the evening, go out and enjoy shopping in the old markets of Agra. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Agra.
Day 14: Agra - Orchha
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Agra. Visit Taj Mahal, Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah and Akbar's Tomb at Sikandra. Later in the day, leave for Orchha - an isolated historic city in Madhya Pradesh that is famous for its ancient temples and palaces. On arrival in Orchha, check in at the hotel and proceed on a sightseeing tour. Visit Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Rai Parveen Mahal, and Chaturbhuj, Ram Rajya and Lakshminarayan temples. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Orchha.
Day 15: Orchha - Khajuraho
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Khajuraho. Once there, check in at the hotel and go on a guided sightseeing tour of the temple complexes. The 1000 year old Chandela temples in the Western Group are the best preserved and come with beautiful gardens apt for walks. The Kendriya Mahadev Temple is a must see. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Khajuraho.
Day 16: Khajuraho - Varanasi
After an early morning temple tour, transfer to the airport for a flight to Varanasi. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and check into your room. Go on a brief excursion to Sarnath and attend the evening aarti on the banks of Ganga. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 17: Varanasi
Go on an early morning boat ride on the Ganges. Return to hotel for breakfast and proceed for a sightseeing tour. Visit the temples such as Bharat Mata Temple and Benaras Hindu University. Attend the evening aarti and return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 18: Varanasi - Shivapati Nagar
Drive to Shivapati Nagar after breakfast at the hotel. On arrival in this picturesque town set on the Indo-Nepal border, check into a hotel for rest and further drive to Kathmandu. Alternatively, you can also fly in from Varanasi and stay overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 19: Kathmandu - Chitwan
Arrive in Kathmandu in the morning and have breakfast. After refreshments, drive to Chitwan National Park. On arrival in the first National Park in Nepal and a world heritage site, check in at the wildlife resort and acclimatize. Relish the views and the fresh air on your overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 20: Chitwan
Enjoy a morning and evening jungle safari on jeep / elephant to Chitwan National Park where you can spot tigers, wild elephants, deer, and rhinos. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 21: Chitwan - Pokhra
Drive to Pokhra after breakfast. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. Late afternoon, take a walking tour of the many heritage buildings and return to the hotel for overnight stay in Pokhra.
Day 22: Pokhra
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a tour of Pokhra that is nestled amidst towering Himalayan Range. Visit the lakes and enjoy the views. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Pokhra.
Day 23: Kathmandu
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Kathmandu. On arrival, transfer to the hotel, check in, refresh and relax. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 24: Kathmandu
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Visit Royal Palace, Temple of the Living Goddess, Darbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath (World's largest Stupa), Lion Gate, Picture Gallery, Golden Gate, and Palace of 55 Windows and Patan. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 25: Kathmandu - Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for a flight to Delhi. On arrival, check in at the hotel and proceed on brief day sightseeing tour of New and Old Delhi. Visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Connaught Place, Humayun's Tomb, Red Fort, and Qutub Minar. Later in the day, transfer to the airport for a flight back home or to your onward destination.
