Day 1: Arrival in Kochi (Cochin) - Alappuzha
Arrive at the international airport in Kochi to begin your 4 day Houseboat Tour with A India Tour holiday packages and itineraries. Our representative will escort you to Alappuzha, the boarding point from where you begin your houseboat tour on Kerala backwaters. On arrival, check into the luxury rice barge (traditional Kerala houseboat) and enjoy the languid view. En route visit Krishnapuram Palace, Kuttanad, Pathiramanal, Vijaya Beach Park, Sea-View Park and the pristine beaches of Alappuzha, Kerala. Dinner and overnight stay aboard the houseboat as you journey on to Kumarakom.

Day 2: Alappuzha - Kumarakom
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast aboard the houseboat. On arrival in Kumarakom, enjoy a boat cruise on the Vembanad Lake. Disembark and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kumarakom. Visit Chavara Bhavan, Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, Champakulam Church, Karumadikuttan and Pathiramanal. Return to the houseboat for dinner and overnight journey to Thenmala.

Day 3: Thenmala
On arrival in Thenmala, after breakfast aboard the houseboat, disembark and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Thenmala, Kerala. Visit Palaruvi Waterfall, Rubber and Oil Palm Plantations, Boardwalk, Sway Bridge, Sculpture Garden and the Shenduruney Wildlife Sanctuary. Return to the houseboat for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Departure from Thanneermukkom
After breakfast aboard the houseboat, disembark at Thanneermukkom from where you transfer to the airport. On arrival at the international/ domestic airport, board the flight back home or to your onward destination.
