Day 1 (Wednesday): Mumbai

Arrive on your own at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus to board one the finest luxury train in the world. Depart from Mumbai's architectural and cultural heritage oozing with colonial charms, comprehensive museums, modern art galleries, eclectic restaurants world class beaches. Day 2 (Thursday) Jaigarh - Ganapatipule - Ratnagiri - Bhatye Beach

Later, take luxury bus ride to Ratnagiri, the birthplace of Lokmanya Tilak to visit the Lokmanya Tilak Smarak and Ratnadurga Fort. Board the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey to Sindhudurg Nagari railway station.

Day 3 (Friday) Sindhudurg -Tarkali - Sawantwadi
Breakfast aboard the Deccan Odyssey as the luxury train arrives at the Sindhudurg Nagari railway station. Alight from the train and move for a guided sightseeing tour of Sindhudurg Sea Fort (by luxury bus), Tarkarli beach resort (by jetty and backwater cruise), and Sawantwadi town (by bus) followed by a shopping spree at the Shilpagram. Day 4 (Saturday): Goa

Day 5 (Sunday): Pune
Breakfast aboard the Deccan Odyssey as the luxury train arrives in Pune. Alight from the train and move for a guided sightseeing tour of Pune. Visit Mahatma Phule Mandai, the old central market, Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, Sir David Sasoon Synagogue, The Osho International Commune, Tribal Museum, Aga Khan Palace and the Sound and Light Show at Shaniwarwada. Later in the evening, board the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey to Aurangabad. .

Day 6 (Monday): Aurangabad
Breakfast aboard the Deccan Odyssey as the luxury train arrives in Aurangabad. Alight from the train and move for a guided sightseeing tour of this medieval town that forms a base for exploring the artistic refinery and architectural splendor of Ajanta and Ellora Caves. Board the luxury bus for an excursion to Daulatabad Fort followed by an extended stopover at the Ellora Caves - a world heritage site with 34 Buddhist monasteries, Hindu temples, and Jainism shrines carved from solid rock that dates back to the 4th and 9th century including the magnificent Kailash Temple.

Return via the luxury bus to Aurangabad for lunch at the Taj Hotel. Attend the cultural programs and go on a sightseeing tour of the city including visits to Shivaji Museum, Bibi-Ka-Maqbara, and shopping for handicrafts and souvenirs at Paithani and Himroo showrooms. Day 7 (Tuesday): Ajanta & Nasik
Breakfast aboard the Deccan Odyssey as the luxury train arrives at the Jalgaon railway station. Alight from the train and board the luxury bus that will take you to Fardapur resort. Enjoy snacks and drinks at the resort before leaving for an excursion to the Ajanta Caves (rock-cut Buddhist monasteries) located in the scenic Waghora valley. Return to the Bhusawal Station by the luxury coach to board the Deccan Odyssey for lunch and onward journey to Nasik. On arrival, board the luxury coach that takes you to Sula Winery at Govardhan Park overlooking the Gangapur dam that is apt for walks and wine tasting. Day 8 (Wednesday): Mumbai
