Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive at the international airport in Delhi to begin your 20-day Beaches and Tigers Tour, arranged by A India Tour. Our associate will accompany you to the hotel. Check into your room. The day is free for you to indulge in recreational activities available at the hotel or explore the nearby areas on your own. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast, proceed on a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. Visit Lotus Temple, Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Raj Ghat, Connaught Place, Humayun's Tomb, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and Qutub Minar. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3: Delhi - Khajuraho
Transfer to the airport early in the morning for a flight to Khajuraho. On arrival in this world heritage site famous for its exquisite temple art, check in at the hotel and relax. Later in the day, go on a heritage walk along the well-maintained gardens to explore the best preserved temples in the Western Complex. In the evening, attend the light and sound show or walk down to the village market and mingle with the locals or shop for souvenirs. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
Drive to Bandhavgarh after breakfast at the hotel. Check into the resort on arrival. After an energizing breakfast, relax for the day. Later in the afternoon, proceed for a jungle safari to the interiors of Bandhavgarh National Park. Enjoy the game-viewing and return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day 5: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve
The day brings to you two entertaining safaris to the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve famous for its tiger population. After a full day of tiger tracking, return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day 6: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve
Go on another round of jeep / elephant safari. Besides game-viewing, Bandhavgarh National Park also offers ample bird watching opportunities. You can also trek on foot or take a jeep ride to the brooding Bandhavgarh Fort surrounded by dense forests and haunted by tigers at night. Return to the resort for overnight stay in Bandhavgarh.
Day 7: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve - Agra
After another jeep safari to the tiger reserve in the morning, return to the resort for breakfast. In the evening transfer to the railway station to begin your overnight journey to Agra.
Day 8: Agra
Arrive in Agra and check into the hotel room. After refreshments, you can proceed on a sightseeing tour of Agra. Visit Agra Fort, Akbar's Tomb, and Itimad-ud-Daulah. The evening is free for shopping and recreational activities. Return to the homestay for dinner and overnight stay in Agra.
Day 9: Agra - Bharatpur
After an early morning breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Keoladeo Ghana National Park (55 km from Agra). On arrival, 1 hour later, check in at the wildlife resort and proceed for a tour of the bird sanctuary, on foot or in a rickshaw, which is famous for migratory birds from as far as Siberia and Iran. Return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay in Bharatpur.
Day 10: Bharatpur - Ranthambore National Park
Drive to from Ranthambore National Park and Tiger Reserve after breakfast at the hotel and another round of bird watching. On arrival, check into the wildlife resort. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You can also attend a tiger slideshow program in the evening. Overnight stay in Ranthambore.
Day 11: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
Enjoy two safaris, morning and evening, to the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Ranthambore is ideal spotting ground for leopard, sloth bear, rhesus macaque, common langur, nilgai, chinkara, wild boar, jackal, sambar, and mugger crocodiles. Enjoy the game-viewing and return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day12: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
After breakfast at the resort, go on two more safaris for a full day of game-viewing. Alternatively, you can also go on a trek to the Ranthambore Fort and the many lakes, hills and ancient ruined temples in the region. After the day's excursions, return to the camp for some quiet time in your private quarters, or the library or enjoy the eco-friendly recreational facilities on your overnight stay in Ranthambore National Park.
Day 13: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
Enjoy another day of morning and evening safaris and full day of game-viewing. Return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day 14: Ranthambore - Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur (156 km from Ranthambore) after an early morning safari and breakfast at the resort. On arrival 4 hours later, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, walk down to the ancient markets and shop for souvenirs and curios. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 15: Jaipur
Go on a full day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort, City Palace, Royal Observatory, Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple, and Ram Niwas Gardens. The rest of the day is free for you to spend at leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day16: Jaipur - Delhi
Drive back to Delhi (258 km) after breakfast at the hotel. On arrival 5 hours later, check into the hotel and rest for the day. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 17: Delhi - Goa
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Goa after breakfast at the hotel. On arrival in Goa, drive to the beach resort where you will stay for a period of 3 nights. After refreshments, visit Basilica of Born Jesus, Se Cathedral Church, Church of St. Francis of Assissi, and Fontanhas.
Day 18: Goa
The day is free for you to enjoy at the beach. Indulge in beach activities and water sports with your family and friends. Return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day 19: Goa
Enjoy another day of fun and frolic on the magical beaches of Goa. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 20: Goa - Delhi / Mumbai - Departure
Spend the morning on the beach after breakfast at the resort. Later in the day, transfer to the airport for a short flight to Delhi or Mumbai. From here, you can board the connecting flight heading back home or to your onward destination.
