Day 2: Kathmandu

Today you will explore the capital of Nepal on a full day sightseeing tour. visit Royal Palace, Temple of the Living Goddess, Darbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath (World's largest Stupa), Bhadgaon, and Patan. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Kathmandu - Lhasa

Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Lhasa, located at 5191 m above sea level. On arrival, check in at the hotel, refresh and relax on a day that is free for you to spend at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Lhasa.

Day 4: Lhasa

Today you will go explore the Buddhist mountain town on a half day sightseeing tour. Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhore Street. Enjoy the rest of the evening on leisure activities. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Lhasa.

Day 5: Lhasa - Shigatse

Today you will drive to Sigatse. This 8-hour drive covers 340 km of Himalayan countryside. Later, check into the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Shigatse - Lhatze

Today you will drive to Lhatze in the wee hours of the morning. This 7-hour drive covers 308 km of Himalayan countryside. On arrival in Lhatze, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Lhatze - Saga

Today you drive to Saga. This 8-9 hours drive covers 300 km of gorgeous Himalayan landscape. On arrival in Saga, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Saga - Paryang

Today you will drive to Paryang. This 7-hour drive covers 200 km of gorgeous Himalayan landscape. On arrival in Paryang, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Paryang - Mansarovar

Today you will drive to Lake Mansarovar in the morning. This 7-hour drive covers 250 km of snow-capped Himalayas that unexpectedly gives way to the crystal clear make of the Lake Mansarovar. On arrival in Mansarovar, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Mansarovar


Highlight: Jeep Ride on Mansarovar Parikrama Route
Begin your day with an exhilarating trek around Lake Mansarovar. Later in the day, proceed on a jeep ride along the Mansarovar Parikrama Route. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay in Mansarovar.

Day 11: Mansarovar - Tarboche - Dira Puk


Highlight: Kailash Parikrama
Today you will drive to Tarboche to begin your trek to Dira Puk as part of the Kailash Parikrama. This 7-8 hours trek covers 12 km of pristine landscape. On arrival in Dira Puk, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 12: Dira Puk - Dromala Pass - Zuthul Puk


Highlight: Treks to Mountain Passes and Gorgeous Peaks
Today you will trek to Dromala Pass and Zuthul Puk. This 7 - 8 hours trek covers 22 km of breathtakingly white Himalayas. On arrival in Zuthul Puk, have dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 13: Zuthul Puk - Mansarovar


Highlight: End of Kailash Parikrama
Today you will trek to the final destination. On arrival after the 5-hour long trek, take a jeep ride back to Mansarovar. On arrival, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 14: Mansarovar - Paryang


Highlight: Overnight stay at the Camps
Today you will drive back to Paryang. This 8-hour drive covers 250 km of gorgeous Himalayan landscape. On arrival in Paryang, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 15: Paryang - Saga


Highlight: Overnight stay at the Camps
Today you will drive back to Saga. This 7-hour drive covers 200 km of gorgeous Himalayan landscape. On arrival in Saga, check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 16: Saga - Nyalam


Highlight: A Scenic Drive through the Himalayas
Today you will drive to Nyalam. This 8 - 9 hours drive covers 210 km of pristine territory. On arrival in Nyalam, check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 17: Nyalam - Zhangmu - Kathmandu


Highlight: Trek to the Friendship Bridge
Today you will go on a short drive to Zhangmu. On arrival at the Friendship Bridge, disembark and continue the journey on foot. Board the jeep awaiting your presence on the other end of the bridge. Drive to Kathmandu and check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 18: Kathmandu


Highlight: Leisure Activities
The day is free for you to spend on leisure activities at the hotel. You can also go on long walks, and shop for souvenirs at the local shops. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 19: Departure from Kathmandu
To end your Kailash Mansarovar Tour, transfer to the airport for a flight back home or to your onward destination.
