Deccan Odyssey Itinerary

Day 2(Thursday): Jaigadh - Ganapatipule - Ratangiri
On arrival in Bhoke railway station in Maharashtra, disembark and proceed for the Jaigarh Fort via an a/c bus and a jetty ride. Continue your road trip to Ganapatipule. On arrival in Ganapatipule, proceed for a guided tour of the fort, palaces, temples, and beach resorts. You can also visit the temples and fort in Ratnagiri. Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey to your next destination.

Day 3(Friday): Sindhudurg - Tarkarli - Sawantwadi
On arrival in Sindhudurg, at the Nagari railway station, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Sindhudurg Sea Fort and Tarkarli beach resort by jetty. Later, visit the crafts village in the Sawantwadi town by a/c bus ride. Return to the Deccan Odyssey for a dinner and overnight journey to Karmali Railway Station.

Day 4(Saturday): Goa
On arrival in Goa, proceed for a sightseeing tour. Visit Basilica De Born Jesus, Se Cathedral, Church of St. Francis of Assisi, Panjim, and Dona Paula Beach in Old Goa. Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey to Pune.

Day 5(Sunday): Pune
On arrival in Pune, proceed for a sightseeing tour. Visit Mahatma Phule Mandai, the old central market, Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, Sir David Sasoon Synagogue, The Osho International Commune, Tribal Museum, Aga Khan Palace and the Sound and Light Show at Shaniwarwada. Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey to Aurangabad.

Day 6(Monday): Aurangabad
On arrival in Aurangabad, proceed for an excursion to Ellora Caves. En route, you can also take a brief tour of the grand Daulatabad Fort. The afternoon sightseeing tour takes you to Shivaji Museum, Bibi-Ka-Maqbara, and Paithani and Himroo showrooms. Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey to Jalgaon Railway Station.

Day 7(Tuesday): Ajanta - Nasik
On arrival at the Jalgaon Railway Station, proceed for a spellbinding excursion to the 2000 year old Ajanta Caves. Board the train for onward journey to Nasik. On arrival, check out the Sula Winery (with fabulous water views), Panchawati and the fragrant orange orchards. Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and overnight journey back to Mumbai.

Day 8(Wednesday): Mumbai

Travel Time: 5 hours
On arrival in Mumbai, enjoy a leisurely breakfast aboard the Deccan Odyssey. Disembark and transfer to the airport. Board the flight back home or to your onward destination.
